Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although clean, were a bit cramped for four people with small beds. The furnishings also seemed a bit lacking in quality. On the bright side, the location was convenient, within walking distance to the park, and close to the Disney parks. However, the service was below par, with unhelpful staff and poor customer support. The dining options were varied and inclusive, offering something for everyone, but the absence of certain amenities was noticeable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy and clean, perfect for a family of four, although the beds were a bit small. The customer service was exceptional, with the manager personally ensuring all our needs were met. The location was ideal, just a short walk away from the Disney village, making it convenient for our visit to the park.
The hotel offers a beautiful view, perfect for families with young children. However, the Disney toiletries were replaced, and the phone service to Disney Express took ages.
I have to say, staying at this hotel was an experience full of ups and downs. The rooms were cozy and clean, perfect for those who love a 'garden' view from their balcony. However, the service left much to be desired as the staff at the Sequoia Lodge about Customer Service did not seem very helpful or apologetic for their lackluster support. The location is unbeatable, being directly by the lake of the Disney Village, offering a breathtaking view. The dining options catered to everybody, but unfortunately, drinks were not included.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to the parks, but the tired facilities and lackluster customer service were disappointing. However, the bunk beds in the room were a fun addition for families.
The hotel is conveniently located near Disney parks, making it great for those looking to be close to the attractions. The rooms have small beds but offer a 'garden' view along with a balcony and en suite bathroom with quality furnishings. However, the service, particularly customer support, left much to be desired. The dining experience is pleasant, especially for families with character dining options. Overall, the hotel offers proximity to the parks but lacks in customer service.
